the best way of perserving the freshness of tofu in the fridge is to immerse them in tupperware filled with cold water, and change fresh water daily.

Fish head with hand-made silken tofu casserole
coconut rice

split banana boat

tip of the day:

you want to use a good-sized fish head for this casserole. I like salmon or sea bass. The meat on the two sides of the head has an exquisitely delicate and tender taste. As a tradition, it is usually reserved for the eldest or the most respected member at the dinner table.

Dim Sum (Girls Night Out)

tip of the day:

the frangrance & strength of oolong tea pique your appetite first, and later help you to digest the 20 or so (oh, at least) dim sums you enjoyed. It's my favorite choice of tea for dim sum.
